Manager - Governance Services

The purpose of the role will be to support the Governance team with the provision of trustee and directorship services for a wide range of investment vehicles and structures.

The Manager – Governance Services will oversee the onboarding and set up of new trustee and directorship clients, including the provision of all service agreements, preparing trust structure pitches, billing arrangements, and packages for new entities.

The successful incumbent will remain current on all applicable regulatory requirements, undertake detailed reviews of financial statements and transaction documents, and will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders resulting in seamless client service, cross selling opportunities, product development, and service enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, law, or related area with at least 7 years of industry experience and knowledge of the investment and funds services industries.
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to a licensed corporate and trust service provider.
• Self-driven, confident and willing to learn with a high level of responsiveness and client focus.
• Demonstrated track record in building effective and trusted relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively mentor, coach and manage other team members.
