Trust Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the business line’s operations, directly managing staff and client portfolios, and contributing to practice development, marketing, training, budgeting, and quarterly reporting to the board.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing a diverse portfolio of trust and corporate clients, encompassing complex private client structures, private trust companies, and special purpose vehicles.
· Establishing and maintaining communication with clients, their advisors, and family offices to facilitate the establishment and continuation of private client and corporate entities.
· Administering existing clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with the firm’s accounts department for financial statement preparation.
· Supervising assigned staff to support client portfolio management.
· Providing technical support, mentorship, and training to team members.
Requirements:
· Possession of an internationally recognized professional qualification (CA, ACCA, STEP).
· Minimum five years of hands-on experience in a managerial role.
· Relevant experience in administering and managing a portfolio of trust and corporate clients, including documentation review.
