Senior Associate - Investor Services

Position:

We are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our investor and operations teams based in Toronto as a Senior Associate dedicated to serving alternative investment clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process of new investment vehicles.
• Review investor documentation.
• Enter and maintain investor attributes and contact information.
• Conduct AML checks on investors across various jurisdictions.
• Process investor transactions.
• Continuously monitor prohibited lists, investigate and resolve any issues.
• Assist in regulatory reporting tasks.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3rd level education is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar or related role.
• Proficiency in hedge funds and private equity vehicles, as well as AML/CRS/FATCA regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills.
• Possess a professional and client-service oriented mindset.
