Project Manager

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for leading and managing large complex projects throughout all the phases of development, from analysis to final delivery, while assisting the business to improve operational effectiveness.

The Project Manager will be expected to develop long term strategic goals for the application and integration of technology into business and management processes. The successful incumbent will lead the planning, design, development and deployment of applications and enhancements to existing systems, and will be expected to evaluate solutions and provide recommendations that are best aligned with the business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent certification (PMP).
• Business Analyst certification (IIBA or CBAP).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience of business systems analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Proven experience leading the implementation of business software solutions such as Retail Management, ERP, HRMS, ECM, CRM etc.
• The ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems in problem analysis.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability in maintaining alignment with the business sponsor, stakeholders and management.

Salary will be in the range of $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 USD per annum and will include a full range of premium benefits.
