Office Manager

This is an integral role for the company and an opportunity for a very competent individual to ‘sit across’ the whole family office and to take care of all business needs for a growing entity. The successful incumbent will be someone who is able to take charge and execute with accuracy; able to see things through to completion, flexible and able to wear a lot of different hats, very dependable, highly discrete, and able to maintain confidentiality to the max. Key duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Implementation and administration of company policies and processes.
  • Managing cashflow and other aspects of transactional finance. 
  • Record keeping, expense management, managing/creating monthly expense reporting.
  • Procurement and management of vendors, key stakeholders, group companies, and other professional intermediaries.
  • Employee relations, management of staff visa and employment issues, and ad-hoc HR issues.
  • Business-related projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office management, finance, or human resources leadership position is desirable. 
  • Experience in high pressure/professional industries (e.g. legal/ investment banking) and/or start-ups is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff of all levels. 
  • Trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and professional.
  • Solutions-orientated with the ability to meet departmental objectives accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Proactive, thorough, and tech-savvy with experience in a wide variety of tech systems and applications.
