Business Development Executive

 The purpose of the role is to provide proactive support to the Caribbean region in the implementation of the firm’s business development strategy, with a specific focus on Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth. The Business Development Executive will assist with event planning and delivery, market research and idea generation, and fee earner pitches and proposals, as well as supporting group-wide initiatives overseas.

Our client requires a confident self-starter with sound judgement, positive energy, and a strategic mindset who can build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.


  • University degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years business development experience in a professional services environment.
  • Solid background in business development with great communication skills and the ability to interact with fee earners of all levels effectively and positively.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience in undertaking market research and coordinating and delivery of event planning for seminars, client events, sponsorships, BD trips and conferences.
  • Experience giving input into developing effective business development targeting lists (using InterAction).
