HR Manager

This is a broad, hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, contracts, and general HR administration. The successful candidate will provide trusted advice to employees and leadership, ensure compliance with Cayman Islands employment legislation and internal policies, and contribute to workforce planning, organizational change, employee engagement and wider people initiatives.

Requirements: 

• At least five years’ experience in a similar generalist HR role, with strong knowledge and practical experience across core HR functions.
• Sound understanding of the Cayman Islands Labour Act and related legislation, alongside HR best practices.
• Proven experience advising managers and senior stakeholders on employee relations and performance matters.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently and build HR processes from the ground up.
