We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to a busy legal team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support, including diary management, email coordination, and meeting arrangements.
• Organise client meetings, conference calls, travel, and business development events.
• Support matter management, including file opening, engagement letters, document management, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
• Assist with billing, WIP, expense claims, and liaise with finance.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and produce legal documents, reports, presentations, and bundles.
• Carry out legal research, company searches, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (graduate or administration/secretarial qualification advantageous).
• Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment; legal experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong MS Office skills and confidence using document management systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, typing, and formatting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, use initiative, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
