Paralegal

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide high-quality legal and practice support to the IPC team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners and associates, supporting the delivery of exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Review and summarise legal documents and conduct legal research.
•    Assist with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
•    Prepare execution packs, coordinate document signing, and maintain document management systems.
•    Support file opening, client due diligence (CDD), and matter administration.
•    Assist with billing, WIP tracking, CRM updates, and business development activities.
•    Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and provide general administrative support to the team.
 
 
Requirements
•    High school diploma or degree (paralegal qualification advantageous but not essential).
•    Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in a similar role.
•    Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and work independently.
•    Willingness to learn Cayman Islands law.
