Overview:
Reporting to senior management, this hands-on role will oversee all HR functions across a small group of companies with approximately 40-50 employees.

Responsibilities to include:
• Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training
• Handle payroll-related queries and liaise with payroll providers as required
• HR administration, policy development, and serving as the Compliance Officer
• Ensuring corporate and employee compliance requirements are maintained
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace culture

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role, with demonstrated expertise across core HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
• Experience with training, compliance, and performance management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Bachelor’s degree required
