About the Role:
We are working with our client, a leading corporate services provider who is seeking a Legal Officer to provide corporate administration services to a portfolio of Cayman Islands entities, working with multinational companies, corporates and investment fund managers.
We are working with our client, a leading corporate services provider who is seeking a Legal Officer to provide corporate administration services to a portfolio of Cayman Islands entities, working with multinational companies, corporates and investment fund managers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide corporate administration services to a portfolio of Cayman entities.
• Prepare incorporation documents, company resolutions, corporate certificates and Registrar of Companies filings.
• Support board meetings, including agendas, board packs and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers.
• Handle CIMA filings, liquidations and strike-offs.
• Assist with client due diligence and client instructions.
• Maintain accurate client databases.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Assist with special projects.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Experience servicing Cayman Islands legal entities throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to review legal documentation and draft resolutions.
• Experience managing a demanding corporate portfolio and working to tight deadlines.
• Experience with time writing, billing and accounts receivable.
• Experience onboarding new business and conducting due diligence.
• Highly accurate, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
