Compliance Manager

We are working with our client, a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Cayman Islands team.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with strong regulatory and professional services experience to support AML, regulatory compliance and risk management.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Support the AML and wider compliance programme.
•    Provide guidance on regulatory, risk, governance and client acceptance matters.
•    Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory change.
•    Maintain compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
•    Support client due diligence, regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
•    Assist with compliance training and promote a strong compliance culture.

 

Requirements
•    Recent, ideally current, Big 4 experience at Senior Associate or Manager level.
•    Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within financial or professional services.
•    Background in Compliance, Internal Audit, Assurance, Consulting or Forensics.
•    Strong regulatory experience.
•    Experience with law firms or financial services clients.
•    Relevant degree and/or recognised compliance qualification.
•    Cross-border experience would be an advantage.
