 OVERVIEW:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance or accounting professional to join a well-established captive insurance management firm in the Cayman Islands as an Assistant Vice President.
 
This role involves managing a portfolio of captive insurance companies, overseeing financial reporting and regulatory compliance, attending board and shareholder meetings, maintaining strong client and service provider relationships, and mentoring junior team members. 
 
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional client service within a collaborative and professional environment.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
•    Applicants should hold a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) and possess a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience. 
•    Extensive experience in captive insurance management is essential for this position.
•    Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills are essential.
