Affinity recruitment has been engaged by a multinational financial services business to assist in their search for a Trust Officer.
The successful applicant will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients – trusts and companies, including complex private client structures and private trust companies.
Duties include(not limited to):
-Manage all administrative aspects of their portfolio of clients;
-Coordinating with clients and their advisors;
-Review financial statements and liaise with the firm’s accounts department regarding the preparation of financial statements for trusts and companies;
-Review of documents pertaining to the establishment;
-Ensure compliance with the same and all aspects of the relevant laws;
-Possess an internationally recognized professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, STEP);
-2+ years’ experience within trust industry or equivalent role;
-Excellent communication skills with prior experience working directly with clients;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Base salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be in the range of US$60,000 to US$90,000 as well as a full range of premium benefits.
