Affinity Recruitment has been partnered with a multinational corporate services provider to assist ion their search for a Trust/Corporate Administrator.
The Corporate Administrator will administer a portfolio of ROs, provide support to the Trust Services Team, assist with ad hoc project work that may arise from time to time and other duties as required.
Attendance to correspondence and telephone requests from clients and/or their advisors on all matters in a timely and efficient manner;
Update and maintain the department Excel spread sheets;
Create tasks for Trust Officers in Jobstream and maintain register;
Prepare Minutes for Trust Officers;
Assist Trust Officers with investment instructions;
Assist with establishing banking accounts;
Administer trust and company accounts in accordance with the terms of the governing document (e.g. Trust deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association), the laws of the relevant country and the policies and procedures of the Unit as amended from time to time;
Ensure all database records are maintained up to date and accurate , for the book of accounts;
Assist with the Review of Annual Trust and Managed Company Financial Statements and tax reporting when necessary;
Maintenance of the Beneficial Ownership Register;
Filing of Annual Returns with Registrar of Companies and CIMA Annual Filing.
Ideally the candidate will have previous exposure to a Trust and Corporate environment, be a STEP member or student member with strong interpersonal skills allowing good interaction with colleagues, clients and their advisors. Candidate should also possess strong administrative, organizational and prioritization skills.
