Affinity Recruitment has been engaged with a multinational financial services business to assist in their search for a Trust Administrator – Private Client Trusts.
The successful incumbent will report to an Account Manager in the Private Clients Group and will support the on-going administration and governance of a large portfolio of trusts.
-Liaison with local and international legal professionals and financial institutions;
-Assistance with collection of accounts receivable;
-Maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and statutory filings and payments;
-Monthly bank statement reviews and quarterly performance reviews;
-Collecting and reviewing KYC material;
-Preparing payment transfer packs for authorized signatories;
-Assistance with the creation and maintenance of internal tracking spreadsheets and reporting;
-Collecting and collation of KYC documents for client files.
-2 years’ experience working with Trusts and/or corporate administration;
-Law Degree or related qualification would be an asset;
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail;
-Familiarity with AML Laws in the Cayman Islands.
