Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a multinational offshore law firm to assist in their search for a Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary basis.

The Corporate Administrator will have responsibility for the administration of a designated portfolio of companies and partnerships, and will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director and Corporate Services Manager to deliver on strategic and departmental objectives.

Duties:

Liaise with clients, intermediaries and third party service providers;
Prepare and maintain minute books, registers, and books and statutory records;
Ensure ViewPoint is maintained with up to date and accurate client information;
Attend to filings with the Registrar of Companies (CAP) and CIMA (REEF);
Attend to licensing/regulatory filings;
Prepare and file annual returns;
Liaise with outside agencies to obtain apostilled and further authenticated documents at the client’s request;
Assist with client acceptance process and initial KYC/AML request;
Ensure fees and disbursements are entered into ViewPoint, assisting the Finance Team with all required reviews and processes in connection with the annual billing cycle.

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience as a corporate administrator in the Cayman Islands;
ICSA certification or similar (e.g. STEP) desirable;
A good team player who can work in a fast-paced and collegiate environment;
Excellent written and communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, third parties and intermediaries;
Ability to work with minimum supervision;
Excellent IT skills and ability to operate corporate administration, document management and other computerized database systems (CAPS);
Previous experience of ViewPoint Entity Administrator and/or DMS/Practice Manager modules;
Good working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
