Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by an established, reputable law firm here in Grand Cayman to assist in their search for a Senior Legal Secretary to assist the corporate department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Take a leading role in liaising with CIMA for biannual reports, and other reports as necessary;
Maintaining data base and taking the lead with beneficial ownership register;
Updating register monthly with RoC;
Assist with general corporate administrations such as resolutions and opinions etc.;
Assisting with Shipping and Yacht Registration.
Minimum 5 years relevant law firm experience;
Accurate word processing skills, 75 wpm+;
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Access Database and PC Law;
Proficiency in CAP desired;
Experience in government BOD (Beneficial Ownership Registers) desired;
Experience with online Government returns processing and payment of annual fees;
Fully conversant in company incorporation’s, liquidation’s, strike off’s and administration.
This person reports directly to the Senior and Managing Partner, as well as assisting two Junior Partners (among other support staff). Fantastic, full remuneration package is on offer.
