Affinity Recruitment have been engaged by an island-leading organization to assist in their search for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their well established and rapidly expanding team.
The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for providing a variety of corporate administrative services to entities within the business’ portfolio, in line with Cayman Islands law and internal policies and procedures.
Provide corporate services to the portfolio
Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio;
Maintain responsibility for the formation and organization of companies and their administration including preparing board and shareholders minutes/resolutions, opening bank accounts, obtaining trade and business licenses and other local licenses and dealing with due diligence requests;
Prepare notifications and statutory returns and attend to the filings with the appropriate government agency
Attend board meetings as recording secretary and taking minutes of such meetings;
Liaise effectively with clients, intermediaries and legal counsel, processing requests and servicing the clients in a responsive and efficient manner;
Assist with development of policies and procedures.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the administration of companies;
Possession of an ICSA or STEP qualification would be advantageous;
Experience in supervising junior staff members preferred;
Excellent knowledge of local laws, regulations and AML guidance notes
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications, Visio, Viewpoint and the Cayman Registrar applications CORIS, CAP.
