Affinity Recruitment has been approached by a multi-faceted company in the Cayman Islands to assist with their search for a Sales Agent.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for working directly with vacation rental owners, securing management contracts or individual services to their vacation rental property.
*Grow business through signing new properties for management contracts;
*Manage sales calls, schedules and reports via sales CRM;
*Deliver sales presentations and pitches to prospect clients;
*Manage your own portfolio of accounts and properties;
*Provide instructions and on boarding services to new clients for the software system;
*As part of the property management duties you will be required to proactively solve and address client and guest challenges and issues relating to guest services, cleaning, housekeeping and supplies, property maintenance etc
*Maintaining channel listings and provide check in and check out services for guests.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales for a minimum of 5 years with ability to build productive business professional relationships;
*Experience with CRM systems and sales management software;
*Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
*Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
*Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets;
*This role also has a great opportunity for growth for any sales agents with previous Real Estate Experience and or Cireba certification.
