Affinity Recruitment are partnered with a multinational business to assist in their search for a Reconciliations Clerk. The position is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to convert permanent thereafter.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for reconciling premium bills and updating records on the company’s software such as processing new business documents, and scanning and filing correspondence.
An associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
Previous experience in data entry or accounts reconciliation is desirable;
Excellent numeracy skills;
Must be accurate and detail oriented;
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
