Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a highly reputable and island-leading business to assist in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and provide say-to-day management of marketing operations and projects. This position is a six-month contract.
Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned clients and special projects;
Undertake research, information gathering, analysis and preparation of findings, business writing and editing;
Undertake media planning and buying for assigned clients and special projects;
Manage relationships with colleagues, internal clients and external business partners;
Develop and maintain creative materials and assess inventory of photography, videography and printed materials;
Perform brand development, management and coordination for projects;
Work collaboratively with the PR and Communications teams to develop results focused, integrated marketing communications programmes and promotional materials for the business and its subsidiaries;
Supervise freelancers and external agencies on engagements and manage vendor budgets, mentoring and career development.
A Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years’ experience, with a mix of B2C and B2B marketing;
Supervisory experience preferred;
Subject matter expertise in at least one area of marketing, with experience in other areas;
Experience in growing and managing databases and implementing CRM strategies;
Demonstrable creativity, problem resolution, analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills including experience of formal presentations.
