About the Role & Team
The successful candidate will assume a key role in the Company and will report to the Managing Director. The role includes overall responsibility for the provision of Corporate Services for a Real Estate/Private Equity Fund/ SPV portfolio as well as a portfolio of companies for private clients.
Job Duties in Brief
Provision of administration and director services to Cayman corporations and SPV vehicles;
Invoicing and collection of fees for the portfolio;
Managing a team of 2 persons;
Development and implementation of robust control procedures in which the business operates.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Law;
Chartered Secretary or experience in a legal or established corporate services environment with 5-10 years relevant/similar experience, ICSA qualifications would be a great asset.
An excellent understanding of the offshore vehicles offered in varying jurisdictions namely BVI, Bahamas and Cayman;
Proven experience managing a large and demanding corporate portfolio and working to tight deadlines with clients in different time zones;
Experience in meeting and supervising KPIÃ¢??s that relate to time recording, billing and accounts receivable collection;
Prior exposure to corporate governance issues;
Proven experience providing administration and director services;
Experience onboarding new business, including due diligence review;
Experience working with EDMS, CORIS, ViewPoint or similar administration systems;
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required as the successful candidate will represent the company as a primary contact with clients and key business introducers.
