Preparing correspondence and legal documents, maintaining the time-keeping records and calendars of fee-earners, coordinating appointments, preparing invoices, assisting in the recovery of accounts receivable and liaising with local and international clientele and other contacts such as Registrar of Companies, Shipping Registry, CIMA, and other financial institutions.
Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ secretarial experience and possess a proven ability to work on their own initiative with excellent organizational skills. Applicants must be highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically MS Word and Outlook, and possess fast and accurate capacity to input data from audio and written sources combined with a keyboarding speed of at least 60wpm.
Applicants must also be willing to work overtime, including weekends, at short notice.
