Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a reputable establishment within the legal industry to assist in their search for a Personal Assistant.
The successful candidate will support senior personnel in their day to day affairs, and the primary channel of communication between the business and their stakeholders.
Some of the duties for the opportunity are listed below, but not limited to:
-Providing secretarial support, such as preparing letters, memos, minutes of meetings, statistics, reports and other documents;
-Answer any incoming telephone queries;
-Maintain personal files and maintain effective filing system;
-Sever as a liaison between staff and stakeholders;
-Management of daily schedules, arranging and scheduling meetings/appointments;
-Conduct research on various subject matters required by management.
-Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of office experience within the legal sector OR possess a recognized secretarial certificate with 5+ years of secretarial and administrative experience preferably in the Legal sector;
-Proficient in all Microsoft Applications;
-Ability to preserve high confidentiality and possess a strong attention to detail;
-Ability to take initiative and work independently;
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a complex and demanding workload.
In return, a full and competitive remuneration package is on offer with a salary in the range of CI$46,000 to CI$62,500 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
