Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a well known on-island firm to assist with their search for a HR Administrator.
Maintains human resources records
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Assist in the recruitment process
Assists with payroll, insurance, annual leave.
Strong administration skills
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
A high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Tact and diplomacy
Two years’ experience as an administrator or working in HR.
