Affinity Recruitment is currently assisting a leading global law firm with their search for a Finance Administrator for the Corporate Services department.
Job duties will include:
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Project related work
Assist with audit and reporting requirements.
Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
Provide cover for other Finance Team members during an absence.
Assist with drafting and maintaining local workflows and policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate:
Good working knowledge of Viewpoint – Practice Manager and Client Accounting modules
2-5 years experience in a similar role, previous law firm experience is ideal.
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong communication skills
Competence in Microsoft Suite Applications and accounting software programmes
Good time management
The ability to reconcile accounts
