We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Cayman member-based financial services organization.
Some of they key duties for this post include:
*Answer, screen and forward phone calls and responding to queries as necessary;
*Greet clients and maintain a clean/safe receptionist area;
*Liaising with the organization’s members on a daily basis;
*Booking and arranging appointments and directing clients to appropriate departments of the organization;
*Update and maintain various systems through accurately inputting data.
