Affinity Recruitment are assisting a well-established financial services business to assist in their search for a Corporate Trust Officer.
Maintaining the corporate records and database for a portfolio of clients;
Attending to all regulatory filings, including filing of annual returns for companies;
Liaising with external service providers and clients;
Corresponding via telephone, email, and mail promptly;
Arranging for document execution and legalization;
Effective management of company mail received at the registered office;
Coordinating client board meetings, collation, and distribution of board packs;
Responsible for all aspects of corporate administration;
Adherence to internal policies and procedures with completion of various checklists.
Previous Registered Office and Board Support experience, ideally from a professional service environment;
ViewPoint and BoardVantage experience are an advantage;
Understanding of AML and Compliance regulations is required;
Complete accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are required;
Must have good time management and prioritization skills;
Experience in all aspects of the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies and CIMA obligations is necessary.
