Affinity Recruitment has been approached by a multi-faceted company in the Cayman Islands to assist with their search for an experienced Corporate Sales Representative.
*Generating leads and new sales for multiple companies such as tourism products, property management, real estate and property development;
*Service existing accounts and build client relationships;
*Prepare and present sales materials and presentations for individual client needs;
*Focus sales efforts by studying the local market, the industries you are presenting and competitors;
*Maintain a client and lead CRM database and provide comprehensive sales activity reports;
*Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and techniques, recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
*Provide solutions for clients needs by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales for a minimum of 5 years with ability to build productive professional relationships;
*Experience with CRM systems and sales management software;
*Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
*Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
*Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets;
*Strong motivation for sales and customer service.
