Affinity Recruitment is partnered with an established and expanding Cayman Islands firm to assist in their search for a Corporate Administrator who will be tasked with delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, and will be responsible for assisting the firm to deliver on strategic and departmental objectives. Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to support the legal team as a Paralegal, as requested.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
The formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of Cayman entities;
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and correspondence.
Coordinating the timely execution of documentation and maintaining statutory records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures;
Acting in the role of Paralegal, as requested.
3-5 years’ relevant experience in a professional services environment;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Law (preferred), or holding a professional qualification such as a Paralegal designation or ICSA;
Good understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations.
