Six Month Contract – Caymanian Candidates Only
The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not be limited to, the management of a portfolio of high profile client companies/funds; administering all routine corporate functions for 200 companies (annual review, billing, annual returns, other government filings, maintenance of company registers, etc.); CORIS invoicing and payments for the entire Corporate Department; liaising with the Registrar of Companies, CIMA and legal counsel as required; assisting with liquidation filings and billing; and assisting with Directorship billing. The post holder will report to the Corporate Manager who may also direct them in non-routine correspondence and other work.
The ideal candidate:
Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in the corporate, trust or legal fields. The applicant must be a team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work on their own initiative to deadlines and be prepared to work overtime when required. Fast, accurate typing, excellent time management and organisational skills are also required. A strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential, specifically MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Super User Knowledge of ViewPoint, AdEx, CORIS and FileSite would be an advantage.
