Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a leading business to assist in their search for a Compliance Manager.

The successful incumbent will be joining the exciting and expanding Compliance team to provide guidance to staff on the application and implementation of relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures with emphasis on personal trust and fund business.

Duties, but not limited to:

*Supervise and assist with new business acceptance;
*On-going review of existing business and monitoring of compliance;
*Assist with the monitoring of regulatory changes and the development of policy and procedures.


*Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies, accountancy or compliance;
*5+ years’ experience in an operational or compliance role;
*Strong knowledge of trust and funds;
*Ability to communicate regulatory and risk issues to all team members.

Salary is commensurate with experience in the range of CI$72,000 to CI$100,000 per annum.
