Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a highly reputable and multinational business in the insurance sector to assist in the search for a Compliance Administrator.
Assist with the ongoing compliance monitoring and with the tasks assigned by the VP, Compliance;
Assist with the administrative function, which includes the preparation and submission of required filings and corporate secretarial tasks for IHIC subsidiaries;
Maintenance of the compliance document management system and intelligence resource;
Provision of support to the compliance team and senior management as necessary;
Build a collaborative, positive atmosphere with team members both in office and across different jurisdictions.
A business, legal or compliance qualification with 2-5 years’ experience in a role within the financial services industry;
Insurance experience will be reviewed as beneficial;
General understanding of the regulatory regime in the Cayman Islands, and AML/CFT experience;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
High level of computer literacy;
Good time management and organizational skills;
Attention to detail in all activities, particularly data quality and integrity;
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary: US$50,000 to US$70,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
