Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a highly reputable, award winning organization to assist in their search for a Client Services Executive.
The employee’s general responsibilities shall be working as a part of the Client Experience and Operations team to assist with the licensing and client on-boarding process, along with the ongoing development of client relationships.
Administration of the client licensing process that includes management of the client applications process;
Assists with solving client problems – maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, client retention, strives to exceed client expectations, and meets defined quality standards;
Responsible for prioritizing objectives and contributing to project planning and status reporting;
Expected to work independently on straightforward engagements with direct supervision;
Follows standard procedures to complete activities and well-defined assignments on time;
Conducts research and uses available tools to analyze problems with guidance;
Meets targeted utilization levels and follows the policies and procedures of the firm;
May be expected to coach junior staff members.
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent;
At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate services support role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including both technical and business writing, report preparation, documentation and presentation skills;
Proven ability to interact with clients and staff of various levels;
Strong commitment to client service;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel);
Effective organizational and time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision;
Proven analytical skills with ability to tackle problems systematically to determine causes and produce effective solutions.
