Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a well-established, multinational financial services organization to assist in their search for an Administrator to join their Corporate Secretarial Services department here in Grand Cayman.
This is an excellent opportunity to get a foothold in an ambitious and rapidly expanding organization.
Assist with the review, update and preparation of statutory records, inclusive of minutes and resolutions and regulatory reporting;
Assist in the processing of new business enquiries and on-boarding procedures;
Assist with the completion of regulatory filings;
Liaising with auditors and relevant service providers during the audit processes;
Facilitate corporate document requests as instructed by the client;
Respond effectively and professionally to daily queries from clients, regulators, attorneys, service providers and colleagues, and to exercise discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
At least 5 years’ experience within the trust and corporate administration field;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Detailed understanding of trust and corporate structures and related statutory requirements and local legislation;
An understanding of anti-money laundering policies and guidelines;
A knowledge of the fund industry;
Experience working with the Cayman ROC and CIMA;
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Sound organizational skills;
Ability to multi-task and work flexibly as a part of a team demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
