Affinity Recruitment is partnered with one of the islands most reputable businesses to assist in their search for a Administrative Assistant to join the team immediately on a contractual basis.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Finance team.
*Assemble, tabulate, calculate and maintain financial data on a regular basis;
*Type and assemble a variety of documents including memos, letters, and reports;
*Sort and distribute incoming mail and e-mails;
*Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings and undertake necessary follow-up including preparation of meeting minutes and action items;
*Prepare documents, reports and presentations as assigned;
*Assemble internal reports submitted to Board of Directors and committees;
*Resolve customer requests, complaints and problems or refer them appropriately;
*Assist other secretaries, assistants, and area personnel as needed;
*Perform special operations and manage special projects as assigned.
*Associate degree in Business Administration or related field;
*Minimum of three (3) years administrative assistance experience;
*Experience in Microsoft Office Suite;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work well independently.
