Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a well known on-island firm to assist with their search for an administrator.

Key responsibilities:
Processing conference and events bookings
Chasing up calls
Liaising with other departments about customer requirements
Preparing brochures for enquiries
Basic accounts including payroll, account receivable and payable.

Ideal candidate:
Faultless communication and telephone skills
Handling complaints and liaising with guests
Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
Two years’ experience as an administrator
