Our highly reputable client are seeking to hire an experience insurance manager to lead their Group Life & Health Insurance department.

Responsible for all aspects of the group life and health insurance portfolio, including strategic management, marketing, administration, underwriting, customer service, claims and profitability. Involved with planning and implementing objectives and performance measures, and new business development.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years’ experience at the management level within the Health Insurance Industry with exposure to health underwriting, claims, operations, customer service;
  • An advanced professional designation in life or health insurance, such as the FLMI, CEBS, or HIA;
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, insurance, or other related subject, from a recognized college or university;
  • Detailed understanding of the insurance risk and claims analysis, regulatory and operating environment;
  • Business acumen.
