Trust Officer

Working with multinationals, corporates, and private clients, the TO will administer the life cycle of trust and company structures with diversified portfolios.
The TO will be expected to draft routine trust and company documents, review bank statements and prepare portfolio performance reviews (including annual trust reviews), maintain and update statutory books and database administration (and related statutory filings), and liaise with local and international legal professionals, financial institutions, and professionals.
The TO will have the ability to assimilate, prioritize, and process client requests with rigid deadlines in a timely manner, providing the critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Requirements:
- STEP qualified.
- At least 3 years’ relevant private client trust work experience.
- Possess a working knowledge of corporate and trust laws in a multi-jurisdictional context.
- Ability to organize and minute trustee/director meetings.
- Ability to review and draft trust/corporate documents and resolutions.
- Experience with reviewing of investment and financial statements.
