Team Manager - New Business (Corporate Services)

Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Services, overseeing a team of administrators at various levels and acting as the primary day to day contact to deliver a range of high level corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities.
Duties:
- Manage the formation and incorporation of new client entities by supervising the Corporate Administrators on the Incorporations team;
- Co-ordinate the integration of business and act as the main liaison for such new clients to ensure a seamless service across multiple parts of the business;
- Prepare all documents required for the on-boarding of new clients and those who wish to transfer from other service providers;
- Act as the lead on the risk assessment and on-boarding process for registered office business, and working with the compliance teams to ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are followed;
- Liaise with the Associate Director and other management to ensure due process and high levels of productivity and client satisfaction are achieved;
- Update and maintain Viewpoint and the portal with all relevant and new records and documentation;
- Provide coaching, mentoring and development for all team members;
- Set annual objectives for the team and hold them accountable;
- Ensuring tasks are effectively delegated within the team;
- Drive a cohesive and positive team culture;
- Liaise closely with overseas offices, clients and third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers to ensure timely delivery of a high quality service;
- Leadership and process improvement on the development of Viewpoint in a Cayman context and collaborating with the other offices to ensure that the platform meets the needs of the business;
- Produce monthly management reports as required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the Financial Services Sector, including a minimum of 3 years with a Corporate Services Provider;
- Strong technical knowledge of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements;
- Commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions;
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence accordingly;
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a demanding, pressured environment;
- Experience managing a team is essential;
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills;
