Reputable financial services provider are now in the market for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their team who will support the ongoing compliance management activity within the Cayman compliance department. The Senior Compliance Analyst role is integral to achieving the firm’s strategic objectives, helping ensure the business operates in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.


  • Support the management of compliance risks within the Cayman business;
  • Contribute to the ongoing tasks required by the compliance team which include compliance advisory, contribution to compliance monitoring, oversight of regulatory change, compliance reporting and management of AML compliance risks;
  • Support the implementation and delivery of the compliance training programme;
  • Carry out scanning of regulatory change, advising senior management of forthcoming legislative and regulatory developments;
  • Provide advice to the 1st line of defence on compliance matters including CDD, AML, regulation and internal policy;
  • Support the development of a consistent approach to compliance within the Cayman business;
  • Input into regular and detailed compliance monitoring reports to senior management and the boards of the regulated entities;
  • Work with the senior compliance colleagues to embed an effective compliance culture across the business;
  • Build strong and open partnerships across 1st and 2nd lines of defence.


  • 3 years financial services or compliance experience and working towards compliance qualification;
  • A demonstrable experience in compliance;
  • Experience of CDD, AML and Trust/Company Administration processes;
  • Stakeholder management. The successful can interact with individuals within the 1st line of defence when providing advice and oversight;
  • Results orientated – a commitment to demonstrably improve key business processes;
  • Solid negotiation skills with the willingness and ability to adapt influencing styles and approaches as needed;
  • A track record of achievement in financial services;
  • A self-starter with the ability and drive to act on their own initiative.
