Property Manager

The Property Manager will be responsible for building strong customer relations through regular communication, ensuring needs are satisfied and concerns/disputes are amicably resolved in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.
Additional responsibilities will include ensuring rental lease requirements are met and maintained, invoices and customer records are processed accurately, coordination of tenant move-ins, move-outs, and relocations, and meet with prospective customers and clients to show properties.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in residential property operations and tenant relations.
- Excellent negotiating and human relations skills required with a demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with a diverse group of people on every level.
- Full understanding of financial statements and the budgeting process.
- Strong customer service and public relations skills
- Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, prioritize, and a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General understanding of project management.
