Property Manager

The purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, oversight, and coordination of operations, maintenance and administration for a portfolio of residential properties.

The Property Manager will be responsible for building strong customer relations through regular communication, ensuring needs are satisfied and concerns/disputes are amicably resolved in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.

Additional responsibilities will include ensuring rental lease requirements are met and maintained, invoices and customer records are processed accurately, coordination of tenant move-ins, move-outs, and relocations, and meet with prospective customers and clients to show properties.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in residential property operations and tenant relations.
  • Excellent negotiating and human relations skills required with a demonstrated ability to deal courteously and professionally with a diverse group of people on every level.
  • Full understanding of financial statements and the budgeting process.
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, prioritize, and a self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of project management.
