The Operations & Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily business operations while directly supporting customer satisfaction and growth initiatives. 

This role provides core operational and administrative support, manages financial postings and transactions, oversees customer contracts and renewals, coordinates internal and external workflows, and engages with clients to maintain strong relationships. Over time, the position develops into broader customer success and commercial support responsibilities, including onboarding, sales support, CRM management, and contributing to marketing and engagement initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities reliably.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with business systems, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred / Advantageous:

  • Experience in operations, finance support, customer success, or sales support roles.
  • Exposure to professional services, technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
  • Portuguese language skills (spoken and/or written) are a strong plus.
