Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic experienced marketing professional to join our team as Marketing Manager who will provide day-to-day management of marketing operations for the company.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans;
  • Administer the marketing elements of contractual obligations with key intermediaries and partners;
  • Administer the marketing elements of the CRM;
  • Manage digital marketing programmes and measure and report on performance;
  • Create social media strategies that align with business goals and concurrent marketing campaigns;
  • Manage website assets and write and optimize website and blog content in accordance with SEO goals and strategy;
  • Undertake research, analysis and preparation of findings, business writing and editing;
  • Develop and maintain creative materials and assets inventory;
  • Supervise freelancers and external agencies and manage vendor budgets;
  • Organize special events;
  • Manage annual budgeting process and monitor monthly expenses;
  • Undertake media planning, photography, and buying.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field;
  • At least 5 years’ manager’s level marketing experience, with a mix of B2C and B2B marketing;
  • Quick learner with strong technical skills;
  • Subject matter expertise in digital marketing, with experience in other areas of marketing;
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrable creative, problem resolution, analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities.
