The Manager, Trust Services will be responsible for the management and development of a team of Senior and Junior Officers to deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to core clients.

Alongside taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio of complex trusts, companies and partnerships, the successful incumbent will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and will be expected to contribute towards the development and implementation of strategic plans for the business, acting as a senior relationship manager with clients.

The Manager, Trust Services will be confident in their communication with key intermediaries such as beneficiaries, co-trustees, accountants, lawyers, and investment managers, and will be able to work cross-functionally as a key member of the Risk Committee.


The successful incumbent will possess a strong knowledge of the trust structures offered in the Cayman Islands. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Demonstrable relevant work experience in Trust Manager role within a financial/professional services environment.
  • Possession of a relevant professional qualification (i.e., STEP).
  • Thorough knowledge of trust, company, and fiduciary structures.
  • Track record of delivering high quality results along with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication and relationship skills.
  • Able to motivate and support colleagues through periods of change.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions-driven attitude to problems.
