 We are looking for a forward thinking, process driven professional who is a great team player to join our client’s liquidations team in providing administration services to a varied portfolio of end-of-life voluntary liquidation and CIMA deregistration matters.

The successful incumbent will support a portfolio of voluntary liquidation and CIMA deregistration matters; drafting termination documents, preparing and processing statutory filings, assisting with client onboarding, and updating and maintaining systems and databases.


  • 2-4 years’ experience in entity administration with a recognized financial services provider preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Proactive, responsive, professional and client focused with strong organizational skills and an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative, whilst working to tight reporting deadlines.
  • Positivity with the ability to build effective, professional and trusted relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP and REEFS system is essential.
