Our highly reputable client are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join its HR team and provide efficient, responsive, high quality support to the HR team, managers, and employees in the company’s Cayman office.

The position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the business in the areas of recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, immigration, HR administration, and various other projects and duties as requested. This is a full-time role, comprising 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent people skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize. They will be responsible for supporting a very successful and rapidly expanding business, working closely with the senior management team.

Candidates should have up to 6 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, and those who hold a relevant qualification (or are studying towards a relevant qualification) will be preferred.
