Deputy Head of Risk & Compliance

We’re currently searching for a Deputy Head of Risk & Compliance (“DHRC”) to assist in the governance of a comprehensive compliance framework (AML and the boarder compliance programme) for a reputable professional services business, and its affiliate entities.

The DHRC will be responsible for advising on the appropriateness of the client relationships and business lines the company enters into, monitoring all pertinent regulatory developments, and advising senior management as to the implications for the business as a whole.

Requirements:

The successful incumbent will have recent (ideally current) ‘Big 4’ experience in assurance, compliance, internal audit, consulting or forensics, and will have a solid understanding of the Cayman Islands regulatory regime. Previous people management experience is required, and applicants will ideally have experience with cross-border projects. A compliance-related designation will be advantageous.
