Multinational business seeking a Corporate/Trust Administrator to join their well-established and expanding team.
Primary responsibilities for a portfolio of Registered Office structures;
Attendance to correspondence and telephone requests from clients and/or their advisors on all matters in a timely and efficient manner;
Update and maintain the department Excel spreadsheets;
Create tasks for Trust Officers in Jobstream and maintain registers;
Prepare Minutes for Trust Officers;
Assist Trust Officers with investment instructions;
Assist with establishing banking accounts;
Administer trust and company accounts in accordance with the terms of the governing document (e.g. Trust deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association), the laws of the relevant country and the policies and procedures of the Unit as amended from time to time;
Ensure all database records are maintained up to date and accurate , for the book of accounts;
Assist with the Review of Annual Trust and Managed Company Financial Statements and tax reporting when necessary;
Assist with all CAP and CORIS matters;
Maintenance of the Beneficial Ownership Register;
Filing of Annual Returns with Registrar of Companies and CIMA Annual Filing on REEF Portal and payment of the Registered Office fees.
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related desired;
Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in a professional services environment;
Strong interpersonal skills allowing good interaction with colleagues, clients and their advisors;
Experience with government systems/portals such as CORIS, CAP and REEFS desired;
Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
